For first time login, use username: 12 digit MyKad number, password: matrik number (example: MA23XXXXXXXX, MA or MS must be typed in capital letters)
You will be asked to change password. Choose a password that fulfill the criteria given. Save the password and then logout. Login again using the new password to ensure that it works.
